is established to improve health and human rights for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and People with Sexual Diversity in the Greater Mekong sub-region of Southeast Asia. We have partners from Cambodia, China Guangxi and Yunnan provinces, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.


focuses on advocacy and capacity building to improve skills of national network and community organization members to improve their program for LGBTI and MSM related to better access to essential healthcare services and LGBTI human rights by eradicating stigma and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.


we focus on the improvement of access to essential healthcare services for LGBTI people. This includes Voluntary Counseling and Testing of HIV, screening and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections, access to HIV antiretroviral treatment, specific transgender health and other sexual health services. Our strategy is to both support and to promote specialized healthcare services and the integration of specialized services in general health settings.


we focus on the eradication of stigma and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Citizens of the Greater Mekong sub-region still lack of awareness and knowledge on fundamental human and many LGBTI people are not aware and do not have the knowledge of their rights either. These make LGBTI people vulnerable to being violated their rights based on their sexual orientation and gender identity.


we work with government agencies and related international organizations such as the United Nations, Inter-governmental organizations to advocate for the improvement of programming on health and human rights for LGBTI people. We have produced a number of evidence-based advocacy policy briefs in local languages to ensure that national networks and community organizations are equipped with evidence to open dialogue with their government counterparts.


we are providing a number of capacity building sessions for national network and community organizations, including coaching and technical support to assist the improvement of their programs. Our technical support includes community mobilizations, peer-education, advocacy, research and data collection, monitoring and evaluation, working with media.
